Only bids with a Capability score of 40% or more will be considered for Commercial evaluation. The capability criteria are listed below: I. Company Certificate of Registration from the Ministry of public work and housing with tax clearance II. Updated Company profile. III. Previous related experience for Construction or rehabilitation for shallow Wells included signed and stamped contracts as evidence. IV. Financial capacity: Provide an updated bank statement for the last 6 months. V. Work-plan/lead time. VI. Tax clearance. VII. Partial Documents will not accepted. VIII. All bids should be written in English. IX. The supplier should have capacity to make pre finance. The essential criteria are listed below: a) Bidder submits Business Registration certificate. b) Bidder submits Tax Registration number & certificate. c) Bidder has a legitimate business address. d) Bidder is not a prohibited party under applicable sanctions laws or anti-terrorism laws.
