Tenders are invited for Supplying, Delivering, Installation & Maintenance of Software Based Application Load Balancer The Assistant General Manager (Engineering & Administration), Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank, No.933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Kelaniya now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Supplying, Delivering, Installation & Maintenance of Software Based Application Load Balancer as described below : i. Bidder must have a registered local office in Sri Lanka having authority to carry out business and provide services. (Document Evidence) and a minimum of 3 years in business. ii. Bidder must have demonstrated experience in the proposed product, including its supply, installation and ongoing support. iii. The proposed Application Load Balancer (Hardware or Software) must have been installed and operational in at least two Enterprise level organizations within Sri Lanka, including at least one financial organization. The system must he live and functional as of the bid opening date. iv. Bidders Average annual turnover should not be less than LKR 100 million during last 03 years - (2021/2022/2023). v. The vendor must provide Level 2 (L2) support to ensure efficient resolution of technical issues and maintenance requirements. (Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence for all this). 3. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Assistant General Manager (Engineering & Administration), Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank, No. 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Kelaniya from 17fh January 2025 until 06th February 2025 between 09.00hrs and 15.00hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs 10,000/ =. 4. Bids addressed to the Assistant General Manager (Engineering & Administration), Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank, No. 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Kelaniya, should be sent through registered post to receive on or before 2.00 p.m. on 07*6 February 2025. You should indicate Supplying, Delivering, Installation & Maintenance of Software Based Application Load Balancer and AGM/EA/RDB/2025/006 on the top left side of the envelope. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. 5. The bid shall be valid for 91 days from the date of bid opening. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting to Rs. 300,000.00 which shall be valid for a period of 91 + 28 days from the closing date of bids (07*h February 2025 to 05*b June 2025). Bid Security should be in favor of General Manager/CEO of Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank. 6. Pre bid meeting will be held on 29(h January 2025 at 10.30 a.m. in the 2nd Floor Meeting Room of the Head Office.
