The Scope Of The Investment Includes The Following Scope Of Works: 1) Preparatory Works: • Demolition Of Existing Surfaces, • Adjustment And Protection Of Existing Elements Technical Infrastructure,• Earthworks;2) Works In The Road Industry:• Construction Of The Substructure,• Execution Of The Leveling Layer,• Execution Of The Wearing Course,• Execution Roadsides, • Construction Of Sidewalks; 3) Introduction Of Permanent Traffic Organization; 4) Tidying Up The Adjacent Area. When Calculating And Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Must Take Into Account The Fact That The Works Will Be Performed In The Area Immediately Adjacent To The Educational Institution - Non-Public Primary School. Lt. R. Peters And Lt. J. Vigny, Hereinafter Referred To As The Facility, Which Will Involve The Need To Exercise Particular Caution When Performing Them, Taking Into Account Safety Rules. The Contractor Is Obliged, Under Penalty Of Contractual Penalties, Not To Exceed Designated Area While Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works And Not To Limit The Use Of The Access Road And To Carry Out The Work In A Way That Does Not Interfere With The Use Of The Facilitys Premises. The Contractor Is Obliged To Is To Coordinate Its Works So As Not To Interfere With The Operation Of The Facility. During The Implementation Of The Investment, The Contractor Should Ensure Permanent Safe Access To The Existing Building Of The Facility: - Direct Access And Access, - Car Access To The Parking Lot Serving The Facility, - Fire Protection Access.
