The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of All Documentation Necessary To Issue A Decision On The Permit To Implement A Road Investment Under The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Scope Public Roads, Including Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Task: Expansion Of Ul. Przemysłowa In Baniosze, In Accordance With The Graphic Attachment, Obtaining Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party For The Implementation Of A Road Investment And Cooperation With The Ordering Party While Conducting Proceedings To Select A Contractor For Construction Works. As Part Of The Order, A 6 M Wide Road With An Asphalt Surface And Drainage Should Be Designed. The Order Must Include: 1) A Concept Which, Within The Deadline Specified In The Contractors Offer, Must Be Submitted To The Ordering Party For Written Approval. The Concept Should Include, Among Others: Drawings, Description, Estimated Implementation Cost;2) Plot Or Area Development Design, Which The Contractor Will Provide In Five Copies;3) Architectural And Construction Design, Which The Contractor Will Provide In Five Copies;4) Technical (Executive) Design, Which The Contractor Will Provide In Five Copies Copies;5) Investors Cost Estimate Prepared In The Norma Program Or A Program Cooperating With The Norma Program, Which The Contractor Will Provide In Two Copies;6) Bill Of Quantities, Which The Contractor Will Provide In Two Copies;7) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Which The Contractor Will Provide In Two Copies;8) Other Studies Required By Law, Necessary To Obtain Zrid, Including: Water Permit, Change Of Land Classification, Etc.;9) Obtain Permits For The Implementation Of A Road Investment On Behalf Of The Ordering Party.1. The Documentation Corresponding To The Approved Zrid Copies Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party In The Form Of Print In The Quantities Indicated Above And In Electronic Form On A Magnetic Medium In The Pdf, Dwg Format And In An Editable Version. Investor Cost Estimates Should Also Be Submitted In An Editable Version With The Ath Extension. Documentation In Electronic Form Should Be Legible While Keeping The File Size As Small As Possible. The Maximum File Size Cannot Be Larger Than 10Mb. The File Format Used Should Enable Printing Of Drawings To Scale.2. During The Performance Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Archive Correspondence And All Protocols Of Agreements Related To The Investment. The Contractor Shall Store The Above Materials For The Duration Of The Warranty For Defects. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Request A Copy Of The Above Archive Free Of Charge During This Period.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Participate In Working Meetings And Technical Meetings Which Will Be Held At The Ordering Partys Headquarters. The Number And Dates Of Meetings Will Be Determined By The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Needs Arising From The Need To Obtain In
