The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Crushed Stone Aggregate With A Granulation Of 4-31.5 Mm Within 2025, I.E. Purchase With Loading, Transport And Unloading Of Crushed Dolomite Aggregate Of 4-31.5 Mm Fraction On Roads In The Ryki Commune.4.3. In The Basic Scope, The Supply Of 3,700 Tons Of Crushed Dolomite Aggregate, Fraction 4-31.5 Mm, Is Estimated, Including: A) Delivery Of 1,500 Tons Of Crushed Dolomite Aggregate, Fraction 4-31.5 Mm, Divided Into The Following Villages: Edwardów, Janisze, Nowa Dąbia, Nowy Bazanów, Ogonów, Oszczywilk, Ownia, Sierskowola, Stary Bazanów, Zalesie, Plots, Stare Miasto, B) Successive Delivery Of 2,200 Tons To The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, With The Minimum Amount Of Service Being: 2,000 Tons.4.4. Quality Requirements Regarding The Order: 1) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Marl, Chalk And Limestone. 2) The Delivered Aggregate Will Have: - A Certificate Issued By A Conformity Assessment Body Within The Meaning Of Art. 105 Of The Public Procurement Law Or - Declaration Of Performance In Accordance With Regulation (Eu) No. 305/2011 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 9 March 2011 Establishing Harmonized Conditions For The Placing On The Market Of Construction Products And Repealing Council Directive 89/106/Eec Text Relevant To Eea Confirming The Materials Compliance With The Pn-En 13242 +A1:2010 Standard Or Equivalent, Which Must Be Presented For The Supplied Batch Of Material At The Time Of Delivery. 3) The Aggregate Should Be Clean, Without Admixtures Of Undesirable Materials Such As: Metal Waste, Asbestos, Plastic, Wood, Clay; If The Above-Mentioned Contaminants Are Found In The Content Of The Aggregate, The Ordering Party Will Refuse To Accept The Delivery. 4) The Contractor Assumes Full Responsibility For The Proper Execution Of Deliveries, Ensuring The Quality Of Materials And Organizational And Technical Methods During The Execution Of The Order. 5) The Contractor Will Ensure Safety And Health Protection While Performing All Activities During The Execution Of Deliveries And Will Maintain The Place Of Deliveries In Good Condition. Safe For Third Parties.6) The Parties Agree That Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, Based On The Ordering Partys Written Or Telephone Request, Sent To The Contractor In The Manner Specified In § 4 Of The Contract Template, Specifying: A) The Amount Of Aggregate (In A Single Demand Not More Than 200 Tons And Not Less Than 20 Tons), B) Place Of Delivery, Unloading Of Aggregate, Layout (Delivery To Specific Roads And/Or Dumps In The Ryki Commune), C) Method Unloading The Aggregate, I.E.: Pointwise (In The Indicated Place On The Heap) And/Or Continuously (With Extension Over The Entire Length Of The Indicated Section), D) A Person Authorized To Collection Of Aggregate And Signing Of The Wz Document.7) The Contractor Undertakes To Ensure Deliver
