The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Light Fuel Oil For The Nursing Home In Klisin And Its Subordinate Plants (Radynia, Boboluszki, Dzbańce, Bliszczyce And Głubczyce) In 2024/2025. Total Demand Estimated At 93,000.00 Liters1. The Ordering Party Determines The Minimum Size Of The Subject Of The Order That Will Be Completed At 30% Of The Value Of The Original Contract Specified In § 4 Section 1 Of The Contract. For This Reason, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party, Including Damages. 2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Quantity Of Ordered Heating Oil. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims, Including Damages, For Increasing Or Decreasing The Amount Of Ordered Fuel Oil. 3. The Ordering Party May Unilaterally Increase The Size Of The Subject Of The Order By A Maximum Of 9.99% Of The Value Of The Contractors Offer Price.
