The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Investment Project Entitled: Construction Of A Multi-Functional Mini Sports Field In The Głos Kłodnickie Estate (Stage I - Preparation Of Design Documentation) - B.O. Covering In Particular The Following Scope: 1) Design Of A Multi-Functional Mini Community Sports Pitch Divided Into Individual Team Games (Volleyball, Football, Handball, Tennis And Basketball); 2) Installation Of Equipment Elements (Goals With A Football Net, Goalposts For Volleyball And Tennis, Basketball Stands);3) Installation Of A Set Of Goal Baskets With A Goal Filling Made Of Galvanized Steel Mesh; 4) Designing A Fence In The Form Of The So-Called Ball Catchers (From The Side Of Residential Buildings And From The Municipal Road - Czajki Street;5) Designing An Information Board At The Entrance To The Pitch Area Containing The Regulations For Using The Facility;6) Designing Area Lighting In The Form Of Halogen Masts;7) Designing A Wide Strip Of Hardened Surface 3 M, Constituting A Connection Of The Designed Pitch With The Existing Paved Area (At The Height Of The Playground Gate);8) Designing Rainwater Drainage And Thaws From The Pitch; 9) Designing Small Architecture: Benches And Garbage Bins (According To The Template Provided By The Ordering Party); 10) Monitoring The Area.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Pre-Design Studies: A) Geodetic Studies; 2) A Two-Variant Program And Spatial Concept And Its Positive Agreement With The Ordering Party, The Land Manager And The Relevant Estate Council (Agreement With The Land Manager And Ro On The Ordering Partys Side); 3) Documentation Design Consisting Of: A) Construction Design Consisting Of: A.1. Plot Or Area Development Project, A.2. Architectural And Construction Design, A.3. Technical Design,A.4. A Set Of All Conditions, Arrangements, Opinions Or Decisions Required By Law, A.5. Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection, B) Documentation For Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit (If Necessary); C) Detailed Design For Individual Industries; D) Bill Of Quantities For Individual Industries; 4) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works For Individual Industries; 5) Investors Cost Estimate Along With A Summary Of The Costs Of The Entire Investment. 3. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Following Activities: 1) Obtaining Assurances Of Delivery And Acceptance Of Utilities And The Necessary Conditions For Connection To The Network, Conditions For The Reconstruction Of Existing Utilities; 2) Field Measurements To Inventory Existing Facilities/Equipments; 3) Obtaining All Legally Required ( Positive) Decisions, Arrangements, Opinions And Checks, Including Agreeing On The Program And Spatial Concept With Owkz In Opole, Within Deadlines Enabling The Possible Use Of The Appeal Period;4) Forwarding The Ordering Party Copies Of The Obtained Conditions, Arrangements And Op
