A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Implementation Is Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Opz And In The Draft Agreement - Annex No. 2 To The Swz.The Subject Of The Order Includes:1. The Contractors Provision To The Ordering Party Of Services Consisting In The Receipt, Sorting, Transportation And Delivery In Domestic And Foreign Traffic (For The Needs Of The District Office In Radom) Of Postal Items (Letter And Postal Parcels) And Their Possible Returns, Hereinafter Referred To As Shipments.2. The Services That Are The Subject Of The Order Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Regulations Contained In: 1) The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2023, Item 1640, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Postal Law Act, And Acts Implementing Regulations Issued On Its Basis;2) The Act Of June 14, 1960, Code Of Administrative Procedure (Journal Of Laws Of 2024 Item 572);3) Act Of November 17, 1964 Code Of Civil Procedure (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1568, As Amended);4) International Postal Regulations.5) And On The Principles Set Out In This Terms Of Reference (Swz) And The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz .3. The Ordering Party Is An Entity Of The Public Finance Sector And Operates Within The Framework Of Applicable Law.4. The Ordering Party Will Pay The Fee For Services Provided To The District Office In Radom In Arrears.5. The Billing Period Is A Calendar Month.6. Vat Invoices For Receivables Resulting From The Implementation Of The Concluded Contract Will Be Issued Within 7 Days From The End Of The Settlement Period.7. The Ordering Party Will Pay The Amounts Arising From Vat Invoices By Transfer To The Account Indicated On The Invoice Within 14 Days From The Date Of Its Receipt By The Ordering Party.8. For Late Payment Of Amounts Due From Invoices, The Contractor Will Charge Interest At The Statutory Rate.9. The Contractor Delivers Postal Items Without Loss Or Damage To The Place Specified In The Address10. Destination, And In The Event Of Loss, Loss, Damage Or Improper Shipment11. Completion Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Pay The Ordering Party Due Compensation And Other Claims, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law.12. The Contractor Will Provide The Sender With The Ability To Send Correspondence For Delivery To Any Place In The Country And Abroad To Countries Included In The List Included In The Universal Services Price List.13. The Contractor Delivers Postal Items To The Addressees In Envelopes Provided By The Ordering Party, Maintaining As A Minimum For The Subject Of The Order The Time Indicators For Postal Items Resulting From The Regulation Of The Minister Of Administration And Digitization Of April 29, 2013 On The Conditions For The Provision Of Universal Services By The Designated Operator (Journal Of Laws Laws Of 2020, Item 1026).14.
