1. Scope Of The Task Entitled: Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Parks And Green Areas In Oleśnica In February 2025. Covers All Areas Listed In Annex No. 1 - List Of Lands And Adjacent Pedestrian Routes At The Frequencies Specified There: 1) Ongoing Cleaning Of Areas Carried Out By: A) Manual Removal, In Particular Of Packaging (E.G. Cans, Bottles, Foils, Cardboards) Of Papers, Bags And Bags And Other Waste Than Those Mentioned. As Part Of Ongoing Cleaning, Posters, Leaflets And Advertisements Posted Illegally Should Be Removed, Including: On Trees, Waste Bins, Benches, And Small Debris, E.G. Cigarette Butts, Bottle Caps, From Places Particularly Exposed To Littering, I.E. The Area Around The Benches Should Be Cleaned (Raked Or Swept At Least Once A Day); B) Keeping Pedestrian Routes Clean, Which Means Sweeping Surfaces Designated To Be Kept Clean In Order To Remove All Types Of Contamination (Including Sand, Mud, Papers, Leaves, Etc.), Filling Holes Dug Up By Dogs In The Alleys, C) Replenishing Plastic Bags In Waste Bins (Applies To Bins Without Metal Inserts - 14 Pieces). 2) Emptying And Maintaining Cleanliness Around Waste Bins Three Times A Week, Including On Saturdays And Public Holidays: A) 95 Bins In The Old Town, B) 73 Bins In The Park Nad Stawami, C) 400 Bins In Other Locations. 3) In The Event Of Atmospheric Phenomena Causing Destruction Or Damage To Green Areas, The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Start Cleaning After The Occurrence Of These Phenomena, By Removing Windbreaks And Falls, Scrap, Branches, Branches Immediately In Situations Threatening The Safety Of Persons And Property, And Collecting Branches And Other Waste, Including Sweeping Pedestrian Paths. The Ordering Party Anticipates That The Contractor Will Have To Remove Up To 1 Piece Of Fallen Trees Or Scrap Trees Within The Meaning Of Art. 5 Point 26C And Point 26D Of The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Nature Protection.4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove Dead Animals From The City Area Within The Time Specified In The Offer. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Charge Contractual Penalties.5) Maintaining Order During The Winter Campaign By: A) Taking Continuous, Comprehensive And Systematic Actions Aimed At Clearing Snow And Eliminating Slipperiness On Pedestrian Routes Adjacent To The Areas Listed In Annex No. 1 - List Of Lands To This Agreement Or Being Part Thereof And On The Premises Of The Marketplace In Oleśnica At Ul. Wrocławska Within The Time Specified In The Offer, B) Elimination Of The Effects Of Winter Should Be Carried Out At A Frequency Allowing Safe Movement And In A Way That Does Not Cause Difficulties For Pedestrian Traffic, C) Pedestrian Routes Must Be Cleared Of Snow And Sprinkled Over The Entire Surface, D) Cleaning Of The Surface Of Pedestrian Routes From Slush During The Thaw, E) Cleaning Pedestrian Routes From Sand, Mud And Other Pollutants When There Are No Winter Weather Phenomena, I.E. Black Ice, Snow, F) Removing Slipperiness From Pedestr
