The Ordering Party Reserves That In A Situation Where, In The Period Between The Submission Of The Offer By The Contractor In The Proceedings In Question And The Implementation Of The Concluded Contract, There Is A Change In Generally Applicable Regulations, In Particular In The Field Of Vehicle Registration, Vehicle Approval, Sales Rules, Rules For The Operation Of Electric Vehicles (Buses), The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Complete The Subject Of The Order Taking Into Account The Changes Introduced In The Submitted Offer And The Offered Price For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.
