The Quantities Noted In The Inventory Are Therefore Purely Indicative And Only Serve For The Comparison Of Registrations. When The Contract Is Awarded, The Chosen Entrepreneur Does Not Obtain Any Right To Execute The Quantities Stated In The Inventory, Neither With Regard To The Total Amount Of The Orders, Nor With Regard To The Quantities To Be Ordered By Post, Nor With Regard To The Proportions Of The Quantities. Specified For Each Inventory Item. The Entrepreneur Cannot Claim Compensation If The Quantities Are Not Reached. Only At The Time Of A Separate Order (Partial Order) Does The Selected Contractor Obtain An Effective Right To Execute For The Quantities Stated In The Order For The Partial Order.
