The Procurement Includes The Expansion And Renovation Of The Jämsä Fire Station Ventilation Contract As A Total Price Contract In Accordance With The Call For Tenders. In Its Calculation, The Contractor Must Take Into Account The Continuation Of The Fire Stations Operation In The Premises Throughout The Construction Site, As Well As The Additional Protection And Protective Walls Caused By The Phasing Of The Construction Site. The Project Cannot Be Started Until The Central Finland Welfare Region Has Received A Decision From The Government On The Allocation Of Investment Funds. The Project Must Not Exceed The Budgeted Amount. Subcontracts (Plumbing, Ventilation, Electricity And Building Automation Contracts) Will Be Subordinated To The Main Contractor (Construction Contractor). The Main Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor Of The Project And Is Responsible For Site Management Duties And Site Services. By Expanding Existing Facilities Through New Construction. The Goal Of The City Of Jämsä Is To Provide The Staff With Healthy And Safe Premises To Serve Rescue Operations, First Aid And The Contract Fire Department In The Coming Decades.
