As Part Of The Maintenance Measures On The Öbb Route Feldkirch (At) - Buchs (Ch), A New Technical Building, In Which A New Electronic Signal Box (Estw) Will Be Integrated, Will Be Built In The Area Of Km 11.55 In Nendeln In The Principality Of Liechtenstein. Due To The Lead Time Required For Equipment And Commissioning, The Construction Of The New Technical Building Must Be Completed In Advance Of The Renewal Of The Remaining Station Infrastructure In Nendeln In 2025. The Technical Building In Nendeln Consists Of Technical Rooms Or Electronic Signal Box (Estw) Including The Underground Collector, The Air Conditioning Unit Niche And Lounges To Maintain The Route Without Permanent Workplaces, With The Associated Warehouse, Canopy And Outdoor Area With Service Paths, Ramps, Parking Areas And A Retention And Infiltration System.
