Scope of Work and General Terms <(>&<)> Conditions: 1) We need to engage 3nos of 20-Seater School Going Vehicles for our school going kids from various GHs to different schools and vice-versa. Driver must be polite, responsible, and very caring by nature. Punctuality is the key parameter. 2) Contractor to ensure the adequate availability of fuel (Diesel) during daily service. 3) Contractor shall provide copy of registration certificate of Vehicles in his name, insurance certificate, taxi permit etc. within month of purchase of vehicle. The copies of driving licenses of drivers shall be submitted immediately. 4) Vehicle should be registered on the name of vendor. 5) The driver must possess a valid LMV license and age group between 25-58 years with at least 5 years of LMV driving experience and should be literate and medically fit. Vendor should not replace the driver frequently without any notice to Admin. Dept. / User Dept. / Officer In-Charge. If there is any change/alteration with the driver, then prior to that vendor must share new contact details with Admin Dept. and User Dept. as well. If the driver found to be unsuitable in terms of health or in case of rash driving or unwillingness, then you will arrange to replace him immediately. You shall ensure that the driver should not divulge any information about the Company or indulge in any activities which are prejudice to the interest of the Company. 6) Logbooks of Vehicles must be maintained. It is driver’s responsibility to maintain the details of time and kilometer from time of reporting till release and taking signature of AM/NS officer on daily basis. The complete maintenance of the vehicle would be always taken care by vendor. 13) Vendor will indemnify the Company or Third party (any person or his property) for any damage caused by the vehicle or the driver while in service for our Company. Further it is also clarified that any fine made by Govt. Authorities or any other agency at any time on account of non-availability of documents or for any reason etc., shall be borne by you and the Company will not be responsible for any such lapses on your part. 14) Vendor shall provide another equivalent vehicle at no extra cost in case of breakdown of the original vehicle except for one day in a month for general maintenance <(>&<)> check-up of the vehicle during the tenure of the contract period. In case of failure on your part to supply another vehicle, recovery will be made on pro-rata basis from your monthly bill. 15) The vehicle shall be provided by you at your own cost and shall function under your direct control and supervision. The Company will have no responsibility whatsoever except for payment of monthly service charges. 16) In the event of your failure to perform the above job satisfactorily and /or any other work suffer on account of your negligence or lack of interest, the Company may terminate the whole or a part of the contract and /or get done such jobs as may be necessary through any other means. In such cases you shall make good the losses as well as extra cost etc. that may arise there from. 17) Vendor must ensure that his driver is being paid his legitimate dues on time.
