(ii) The quoted rates of this item shall deemed for include for modular metal flush boxes of requisite module and modular cover plate with frame of requisite module of colour as approved by GE 2 S&F in of sheet metal enclosures with socket,plug top complete with one single pole MCB -240 Volt- 20 AMP complete all as specified and as dircted by Engr-in-charge. 3 S & F double door, sheet metal enclosure,powder coated for MCB DB TPN DB 4 way fittedwith neutral link, earth bar , din rail and 200 amps rated bus bar 230 volt conforming to IS 13032-1991 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 4 S & F double door, sheet metal enclosure,powder coated for MCB DB SPN 8 way fittedwith neutral link, earth bar , din rail and 200 amps rated bus bar 230 volt conforming to IS 13032-1991 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 5 S & F double door, sheet metal enclosure,powder coated for MCB DB SPN 4 way fittedwith neutral link, earth bar , din rail and 200 amps rated bus bar 230 volt conforming to IS 13032-1991 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 6 S & F MCB SP, 5-32 Amps , 240 volts, breaking capacity 10KA complete all as specified and as dircted by Engr-in-charge. 7 S & F MCB SPN, 5-32 Amps, 240 volts, breaking capacity 10KA complete all as specified and as dircted by Engr-in-charge. 8 S & F MCB TPN 40-100Amps, 240 volts, breaking capacity 10KA complete all as specified and as dircted by Engr-in-charge. 9 Fixing Only water heater storage type 25 Ltr capacity, BEE 5 star and 8 bar pressure rated stainless steel (minimum wall thickness 2 mm) tank with feroglass coated inner container energy saving high density PUF insulation vertical ABSshock proof plastic body grouting of studs in wall in cement motar (1:3) nuts, washers, provision of two Nos PVC braided connection 450mm long heavy duty with brass nuts and two Nos brass chromium plated angular valve,thermostate,NRV ,TOP PLUG 16 AMP with valve flange suitable for 15mm bore pipe for water supply connection complete. 10 M & L for sub main wiring with two single core 4.00 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed cable multi-stranded FRLS copper conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit pipe of suitable size not less than 25mm with all fittings and fixing accessories on roof, walls, ceiling etc. including 4.00 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core solid copper conductor earth wire complete including taking down old sub main wiringall as specified and directed (Note:(i) Two run of single core cable and one run earth wire, pvc Conduit will be measured as one length)(ii) Cost of cutting/leaving forming chases for conduits and making goodin CM 1:4 shall be included in quoted rate of this item. 11 M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connecting to the galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and steel earth wire protected by provision of GI mediumgrade pipe 15mm bore including provision of concrete pit made with 40mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with XPM (Weight not less than 4Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 40x 40x6 mm and handle of 6mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom, 1.75meter long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt & charcoal filling with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returing filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meters all as per electrical plate No -5 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connecting to Lighting protection earth test points all as specifed and directed including testing on completion. 12 Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m in depth and not exc 1.5 m wide for laying of UG cable / pole etc and getting out including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient in soft/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed. 13 Returning filling in, excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified. 14 Removing excavated materials/soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 15 Supply & Laying & commissining of LT UG cable XLPE sheathed PVC insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip of wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, laid in tranches, in GI pipe, including brass cable glands, clamps etc of size 4 core x 10 Sqmm complete all as specifed and as directed. Make : Polycab/KEI/HavellsNote: Earthwork, sand cushioning, bricks, GI pipe, etc will be measured and pad under appropriate items. 16 Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LVP,type 2 with peak, size 300 mm x 180mm x 40mmcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 17 M&L for Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 23 cm spread thickness (8 cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180 mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed.Note : For the purpose of payment, punned thickness of sand cushioning only shall be measured and paid for. 18 Supply, laying and jointing GI tubes, medium grade 25mm dia in lengths with screwed and socket joints together with all galvanised steel fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, union, short pieces, connectors, check nuts, caps, plugs etc fixed complete laid in trenches/wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for the following sizes:- 19 Cutting existing steel tubing for alterations or additions done in position without taking down for 100 to 40mmdia pipe (Each cut measured) 20 S&F Gun metal gate valve 25 mm bore with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge 21 S&F Gun metal gate valve 15mm bore with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 22 Supply & Fixed on walls and ceiling or laid in floor/walls and jointing GI tubes, 15 mm dia medium grade in lengths with screwed and socket joints together with all galvanised steel fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, union, short pieces, connectors, check nuts, caps, plugs etc fixed complete laid in wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .Note : GI pipe Outlet Connection from Sintex tank to Geyser inlet shall be concealed & from Geyser Outlet to tap point shall also be concealed.Cost of the same deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate & nothing shall be paid extra on this account. 23 Supply and fixing Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch orbutterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed 24 Fixing only Rotational molded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylinerical vertical with closed top)hoisted and fixed in position all as directed of cap 500 ltrs complete all as specified and directed. 25 Supply and Fixing 25mm ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule all as specified and directed
