No. Item Description 1 Increasing capacity at 132KV GIS S/S Ganganagar: - 2 WORK PART: - 3 Erection of following equipment as per instruction manual of various equipment’s and technical specification including shifting of material / equipment from store to erection site including all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily. 4 33 Lighting Arrestors 5 Power Cable and termination kit 6 Complete testing of already erected HV Side termination kit IR test, VLF with stand test, Hi-Pot test, Sheath integrity test. 7 Erection of Outdoor termination kit for 36 KV, 1CX630 sq mm XLPE copper cable including bushing arrangement for connecting 33 KV Sides of 63 MVA T/f with XLPE Cable. 8 Laying and Termination of following size control cable in trench/cable trays from different control room equipment to 132/33 KV Isolator, circuit breakers CT/PT & their junction boxes. Transformer marshaling box. Isolator box & other outdoor equipment’s installed in 132/33 KV switch yard as per cable schedule. Including carriage of cable drum from store and all other associated work. 9 Control cable of size 2 core x 2.5 mm2. 10 Control cable of size 4 core x 2.5 mm2. 11 Control cable of size 6 core x 2.5 mm2. 12 Control cable of size 10 core x 2.5 mm2. 13 Termination of cable laid as per cable schedule including making necessary hole in laid plates or box wherever required, fixing cable glands of appropriate size and ferruling of each core and other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. Rates of termination of control cables including the all cores of cable and one end with lugs. Note:- Gland & lug provided by Contractor 14 2 Core 15 4 Core 16 6 Core 17 10 Core 18 Shifting of damaged 63 MVA transformer from plinth to safe place upto 30 mtrs distance (each job 20 mtr , 1.5 jobs) including turning (if required) including all T and P and work required to complete the job satisfactorily. 19 Installation work of 63 MVA Transformer. 20 Dragging of 63 MVA Transformer from unloading point to the plinth up to 45 Mtr distance including turning of tank if required including all T & P and labour required to complete the job satisfactorily. 21 Complete erection of 63 MVA 132/33 KV Transformer by erection of radiator, conservator tank, bushing with its turrets, connecting of all oil pipe lines, cooling fans, making control cable connection, buckholz relay etc. for completing the work topping transformer oil and final oil filling in tank radiator conservator tank and all other associated work for completion of work 22 Circulation of complete Transformer oil in Transformer tank through centrifuging machine, centrifuging machine shall be provided by the contractor, oil capacity (Approx 25 KL) 23 Replacement of existing old Transformer RTCC Panel by new RTCC Panel by opening of control cable, cutting of earthing termination and laying control, preparation of cable schedule shifting of dismantled panels to else wire as per direction of site incharge. 24 Delta earthig of HV & LV side neutrals of 63 MVA Transformers by 3 Nos., 3.0 Mtr long electrode of 40 mm M.S. Round Bar having 150 mm long conical shape, placing inside the ground in triangular shape and connection all 3 Nos electrodes with 75x10/50x6mm MS flats then connect this triangle shape with X & Y of main earth mat of Sub-Station as per drawing.Notes:- MS Round Bar & M.S. Flat Shall be provided by Department. 25 Earthing of main tank of 63 MVA T/F at two points by using MS Flat 50x6/75x10 mm size its jointing with already laid earth mat (x and y electrodes) for its earthing work 26 Sampling and testing of transformer oil at CPRI testing lab including cost of transportation of each sample in standard sampling bottles (adequate no of bottles to be arranged by the contractor). Samples to be taken at required intervals (as per actual requirement)- Following tests are to be conducted for each sample- 1.Breakdown voltage. 2. Note:- Gland & lug provided by Contractor 55 2 Core 56 4 Core 57 6 Core 58 10 Core 59 Dismantling work of 40 MVA Old Transformer. 60 Opening of jumpers of old 40 MVA transformer, cutting of earthing strips and opening of electrical connections as follows: - 61 Opening of all HV, LV and 120KV LA jumpers of old 40MVA Transformer 62 Opening of earthing strips by cutting and opening of electrical connections 63 Partially drain out the transformer oil from main tank ,after due shifting of drums, pipes etc. with all cost of men, material T&P required for completion of work. 64 Complete dismantling of old 40 MVA, Transformer by opening of radiator, conservator tank, bushing, marshaling box, cooling fan, etc. and paking of bushing of old 40 MVA TF in crates and shifting the bushing from site to store at 132KV Kankerkhera Substation. 65 Shifting/Dragging of old 40 MVA T/F from plinth to near open space. Distance about 50 Mtr. including turning of main tank if required with all T&P and work required to complete the job satisfactorily at 132 KV Substation Kankerkhera 66 Installation work of New 63 MVA New Transformer. 67 Dragging of 63 MVA Transformer from unloading site to T/F plinth up to 20 Mtr distance including turning of tank if required including all T & P and labour required to complete the job satisfactorily. 68 Complete erection of 63 MVA T/F by erection of radiators, conservator tank, bushing with its turrets (if available) connecting of all pipe line, erection of cooling fans, making control cables connection, Buchholz relay etc. for competing the work, topping of transformer oil and final oil filling in tank, radiators, conservator tank and all other associates work for completion of work. 69 Earthing of main tank of 63 MVA T/F, at two points by using M.S. flat 50x6/75X10 mm size, its jointing with already laid earth mat (X&Y Electrodes) for its earthing work. 70 Replacement of existing old T/F RTCC panel by new RTCC Panel by opening of control cable, cutting of earthing, termination and laying control cables, preparation of cable schedule etc. & shifting of dismantled panel to elsewhere as per direction of site incharge in control room at 132 KV Sub-Station Kankerkhera. 71 Centrifuging of complete transformer oil in transformer by connecting centrifuging pipes, circulating the transformer oil through private centrifuging machine (To be arranged by the contractor at his own cost) with BDV machine and PPM kit and taking BDV values of oil periodically till required value is achieved (Approx. 22 KL oil) 72 Transformer oil sample collection testing of transformer oil at CPRI testing lab including cost of transportation of each sample in standard sample bottles. (after centrifuging of installed 63 MVA TF). 1. Breakdown Voltage Test. 2. Moisture Content Test. 73 Jumpering of 63 MVA Transformer from HV & LV side with Single Panther /twin zebra work includes cutting of conductor and tightening of conductor with connector. 74 132 KV side of 63 MVA T/F 75 33 KV side of 63 MVA T/F 76 Earthing of T/F MB DM box OLTC, RTCC at two points using 75×10/50×6mm.
