Tender For Electrification Of Environmental Engineering Lab Extension.; 1 Electrification ofEnvironmental Engineering Lab Extension 2 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE powercable of 1.1KV grade of above 95 sq.mm and upto 185 sq.mm size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required,but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. 3 Supply and laying of 90 mm dia( OD-90mm & ID-76 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all socket accessories like socket,bend,couplers etc.conforming to IS 14930 ,Part II complete with fitting and cutting,jointing etc.in the existing trench,complete as required. 4 Supply and layingof3 inch 80 NB GI pipe (medium class B)on ground with all accessories like socket, bend, couplerswith fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., and making good the damages of road with concrete mixture of 1 : 2 : 4 including watering & ramming etc. as required. 5 Supply and layingof3 inch 80 NB GI pipe (medium class B)on ground and fixing the GI pipe using concrete etc as required . 6 Supply of 1.1 kV grade 3.5C x 120 sq.mm, Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured power cable(as per IS ) as required. 7 Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5 x 120 sq.mm(45mm) size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 8 Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of above 95 sqmm and upto 185 sqmm size(clamped with 25/40 x 3mm MS flat clamp) on wall surface as required. 9 Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 30 cm X 30 cm at the bottom and 25 cm X 25 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved and painting as required. 10 Supply,Istallation,Testing and Commissioning of 4 way Sub- Main Distribution Board on wallwith 200A MCCB as incomer-1 No and 2 Nos of 100 A MCCB, 2 Nos of 63 A MCCB as outgoings,sheet steel, powder coated and suitable busbar rating for operation on 440V,50Hz, 3 phase AC supply.The Sub- Main Distribution Board shall consists of suitable size side extension Left and Right side Cabling boxes, Meter extension box, corner filler box, bottom cabling box, Extended cable alley, LEDindicators Red,Yellow,Blue, Digital Ammeter,Voltmeter,Voltage selector switch, Multifuntion meter suitable for energy measurement along with suitable CT for connecting inside the Sub main distribution board including necessary arrangements for cable termination and providing and fixing suitable size cable termination box if needed, complete connections,Danger sign board,Stickeringetc as required / directed by the EIC.(Compatible L&T SMDBEnersys-S or Equivalent). 11 Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. Wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode,including connection/ terminationwith GI thimble etc. as required. 12 Providing and fixing 25 mm X 6 mm G.Istrip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required. 13 Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement, watering pipe of 2.7 metre long and with suitable amount (60kg) of earthing compound (EXCEL compound or equivalent) etc. as required. 14 Supply of 1.1 kV grade 3.5C x 50 sq.mm, Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured power cable(as per IS ) as required. 15 Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of above 35 sqmm and upto 95 sqmm size(clamped with 25 x 3 mm MS flat clamp) on wall surface as required. 16 Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5 x 50 sq.mm(35mm) size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 17 Supply and laying one number of the 8 SWG good quality bare copper wire along the cable with connections , end terminations etc. as required in surface/recess for loop earthing. 18 Wiring for circuit/ submain with2 X 6 sq. mm + 1X 6 sq. mm earth wire FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. 19 Wiring for circuit/submain wiring along with earth wire with 4 x 16 sq.mm + 2 x 6 sq.mm of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable with surface/ recessed suitable size medium class PVC conduit etc. as required. 20 Wiring for circuit/submain wiring along with earth wire with 4 x 10 sq.mm + 2 x 6 sq.mm of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable with surface/ recessed suitable size medium class PVC conduit etc. as required. 21 Supplying and making end termination of suitable size for the submain wiring with suitable copper lugs for 2 x 6 sq.mm +1 x 6 sqmm of PVC insulated copper conductor. 22 Supplying and making end termination of suitable size for the submain wiring with suitable copper lugs for 4 x 10 sq.mm +2 x 6 sqmm of PVC insulated copper conductor. 23 Supplying and making end termination of suitable size for the submain wiring with suitablecopper lugs for 4 x 16 sq.mm+2 x 6 sqmm of PVC insulated copper conductor. 24 Supplying and making end termination of suitable size for the submain wiring with suitable copper lugs for 6 x 6 sq.mm of PVC insulated copper conductor. 25 Supplying and fixing 3 phase 6 way , double door, suface/recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN distribution board with provision for fixing MCCB as incomer and TP MCB as out going, complete with 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth link, din bar for mounting MCBs, detachable gland plate, interconnections, earthing, phosphatized and powder painted, fixing using bolt and nut, giving connections etc. as required. (But without MCCB, MCB etc) 26 Supplying and fixing of 3 phase 12 way (8 +36),Double door surface/recess mounting ,vertical type ,415V,TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected,duly powder painted,inclusive of 200A tinned copper bus bar,common neutral link,earth bar,din bar for mounting MCBs(but without MCBs and incomer) as required. 27 Supplying and fixing of 3 phase 8 way (8 +24),Double door surface/recess mounting ,vertical type ,415V,TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected,duly powder painted,inclusive of 200A tinned copper bus bar,common neutral link,earth bar,din bar for mounting MCBs(but without MCBs and incomer) as required. 28 Supplying and fixing 16 way,Double door, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar,din bar,interconnections,powderpaintedincluding earthing etc. as required.
