Brand:Asian/Berger/Dulux/Nerolac. 7 a) One coat 8 b) Two or more coat 9 Painting with Synthetic enamel paint of approved quality two or more coats on old/new surface of inside and outside doors, ventilators,metal grills,shelves,ceiling,metal hand railsetc afterscraping and cleaning the surface.Asian/Berger/Dulux/Nerolac. 10 Painting with wood primer/metal primer/cement primer/oil based primer of approved quality one coat in all floorsand levels after preparing the surface for painting including scrapping,cleaning etc. complete.Asian/Berger/Dulux/Nerolac. 11 Scrapping the existing painted surface with wire brush/putty blades/sand paper etc and removing the old paint neatly as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. 12 Finishing the wall surfaces with acrylic putty to get a required finish as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.Brand: Asian/Berger/Nerolac. 13 Polishing/Buffing withready made polish or Touch wood to a requiredfinish for partitions,doors,hand rails(SS) etc in all floors after finishing the surfaces with filler,sealer,sand papering and cleaning etc. Complete the work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 14 Cleaning of glasses for windows/ventilators/partitions/ furnitures etc in all floors withapproved quality of glass cleaning solutions and water includingremoving/clearing of paints, stains, dust etccomplete neatly. 15 Part B - Aluminium and allied works 16 Dismantling of aluminium/Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing,particle board and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 17 Labour charges for fabrication and fixing of aluminium partition, door with Department supplied materials like Aluminium frames,laminated board, glass etc with necessary modification and alteration as per drawing and directions of the Engineer-in-charge including the cost of screws,cleat rubber,beadingetccomplete. 18 Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors,windows, ventilators and partitions in all floors withextruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to I.S.733 and 1285 anodized transparent or powder coated to required shade according to I.S. 1868.(Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15), fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections (thicknessshould be 1.5mm) shallbe smooth,rust free, straight,mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P. brass/stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Glazing and paneling to be paid for separately). 19 Providing and fixing 9mm thick prelaminated particle board of approved brand and colour conforming to B.I.S. (both sides pre-laminated)for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators and partitions etc in all floors including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC/neoprene gasket required. 20 Providing and fixing coloured multiwood boards of good quality for paneling,partition etc in any floor levels(inside areas only) including necessary steel fittings wherever required as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 21 a)9mm thick 22 b)12mm thick 23 c)18mm thick 24 d)25mm thick 25 Providing and fixingplain/clear float glass(Modifloat or equivalent as approved by Engineer-in-charge for aluminium partitions,doors,windows,ventilators etc fixing with PVC/Neopreme gasket etc. Complete. 26 a) 4 mm thick 27 b) 5 mm thick 28 c) 8 mm thick 29 Part C -Other miscellaneous Civil & Interior works 30 Dismantling existing brick/solid block wall including hacking of the mortar base and sub layer and making good the floor surface to receive new floor finish, disposing of unserviceable materials from the campus as directed by the engineer-in-charge. 31 Dismantling of floor/wall tile including screed in floors laid in cement mortar and stacking of useful materials in the campus with disposing of unserviceable materials from the campus as directed by the engineer-in-charge. 32 Dismantling false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material from the premises and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 33 Dismantling of plain/reinforced cement concrete wall/floor including disposing off the waste materials from the campus and keeping the usable materials inside the campus as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 34 Dismantling solid core flush paneled door with frame work causing minimum damage to wall jambs, taking out all hardware and fittings, finishing the openings to the new sizes specified, including removal of material within the premises, wherever specified. 35 Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil with all leads as per instructions,including filling the sides etc with excavated earth ,ramming ,shoring and shuttering of sides if necessary complete as per direction,disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. 36 Providing and applying 12mm to 15mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement on all surfaces such as concrete walls,brickwalls, columns,beams etc; at all heights. 37 Providing & laying PCC in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 using 20 mm broken stone including levelling,curing etc. complete in any levels. 38 Providing and constructing Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in wallin Cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) in any floors. 39 Providing and constructing solid block work in wallin Cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) in any floors. 40 Reinforced cement concrete (RCC) work in beams, chajjas, lintels, slabs,plain window sills etc including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in any floors for maintenance works.(Rate for steel reinforcement will be paid seperately). 41 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending,placing in position and binding in any floors for concrete work.Use Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 42 Supplying and fixing Sun control film 25 Micron thick(Garware) of approved colourfor glazing panels of windows,ventilators, partitions and doors etc in all floors. 43 Supplyand fixing Etch film(Garware or equivalent)of approved strip Patternfor glazing panels ofAluminium partitions, doors,windowsetc. 44 Providing and fixing homogeneous poly vinyl chloride sheet(Tusker/Excel or equivalent good quality) in flooring and skirting in all floors in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesives of approved quanlity and manufacture like Dunlop S-758 Fevicol SR998 or equivalent including surface preparation, cleaning & filling with JK putty/POP if required and rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5kg all complete as directed by the C-DAC official. 45 a)1 to 1.5mm thick. 46 b)1.6 to 2mm thick 47 Providing and fixing mirror glass of 6mm thick superior quality with PU coating on mercury side, polished edges and mounted to the wall with SS mounting accessories. 48 Supplying,fabricating and fixing GI hollow rectangular/square sections (38x38x2,38x50x2 mm etc.); applying two coats enamel paint after a priming coat of approved steel primer,including welding, grinding to get smooth finishetc. complete as perdirections of the CDAC official.Brand: TATA/Appolo/Jindal or approved equivalent. 49 Supply and fixing of 3mm coloured ACP(Aluminium composite panel) sheet for partitions,doors and ventilators using appropriate fixing clips etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.Brand: Eurobond/Aludecor/Alucobond. 50 Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof/floor in three coats @10.76 litres/10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns).The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes/pressure pumping etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Use Fosroc/Dr.Fixit or approved equivalent brand. 51 Providing and laying coloured Full body Vitrified Tiles(1200x600mm) stain free/nano finish in flooring/skiriting of different sizes and conforming to IS 15622 in approved colour and shade laid on 40 mm thick cement mortar 1: 4 and grouting the joints with matching colour epoxy joint filler,including preparation of base surface,cleaning and finishing at all heights. Basic rate of tile is Rs.90/Sqft.Make: Somany,Kajaria,Nitco or approved equivalent. 52 Providing and laying glazed anti skid ceramic tiles group-4 of approved colour and laid on cement mortar 1: 4,grouting the joints with matching colour epoxy joint filler etc; including preparation of base surface, cleaning and finishing at all heights. Basic rate of tile is Rs.60/Sqft. Make: Somany,Kajaria,Nitco or approved equivalent. 53 Providing and fixing suspended Seamless Gypboard false ceiling in all shapes and design, which includes providing and fixing GI perimeter channels of size 0.55 mm thk having one flange of 20 mm and another flange of 30 mm and a web of 27 mm along with a perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick/partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610 mm centers. Then suspending GI intermediate channels of size 45 mm, 0.9 mm thk with two flanges of 15 mm each from the soffit at 1220 with ceiling angle of width 25 mm x 10 mm x 0.55 mm thk fixed to soffit with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Ceiling section of 0.55 mm thickness having knurled web of 501.5 mm and 2 flanges of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm are then fixed to the intermediate channels with the help of connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457 mm centres 12.5 mm tapered edge gypboard (conforming to IS: 20951982) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25 mm dry wall screws at 230 mm centers. Rate to be inclusive of cutting and making good the ceiling for AC ducts, grills, diffusers, lights, trapdoors etc; fixing of any additional ply or padding as support for light fixtures, AC fixturees etc complete the work with any stepping if required as per design. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 120 grams per sqm & passed through 500 hrs of Salt test which includes flush fitting, to lay in 15mm thick Sky Fissured/Star Pin/Sand Texture Microlook Edge ceiling tiles.
