1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Land And Building Records In Accordance With The Project For The Modernization Of The Land And Buildings Records For The Area: 0016 - Policzna, Policzna Commune. The Scope Of Work To Be Performed As Part Of This Modernization Of The Land And Buildings Records Is Detailed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz – Description Of The Subject Of The Order With Attachments. 2. The Implementation Of The Task In Question Will Include Two Stages Of Work: 1) The Scope Of Work Of Stage I Will Include The Following Activities: A) Execution Reliable Analysis Of Source Materials, B) Preparation And Submission Of Ortho-Images, C) Examination Of The Legal Status Of Real Estate, D) Conducting A Field Interview Along With Field Verification Of The Mutual Location Of The Boundaries Of Cadastral Plots And Buildings, Including Measurement Of Traces And Boundary Signs Of Roads And Watercourses, E) Carrying Out The Works Aimed At Adapting The Object Identifiers Of The Land And Building Register Database To The Requirements Of Annex No. 5 Of The Regulation On The Land And Building Register.2) The Scope Of Work Of Stage Ii Will Include The Following Activities: A) Recording The Boundaries Of Plots In The Field, Excluding Plots For Which There Are Reliable And Undisputed Geodetic Documents Verified In Accordance With § 40 Of The Standards, B) Carrying Out Modernization Works And Preparing The Required Documents Regarding The Contours Of Land Use, Classification Contours, Cadastral Plots, Buildings And Premises, C) Eliminating Inconsistencies Between The Boundaries Of Neighboring Poviats, Registration Units And District Boundaries Cadastral Data - Within The Boundaries Of The Area Covered By Modernization, D) Development Of A Soil Classification Survey Of Land, E) Development Of A Draft Descriptive And Cartographic Survey, F) Harmonization Of Cadastral Data Of Land And Buildings (I.E. Boundaries Of Plots, Buildings, Boundaries Of Land Use And Classes Of Land Use) With Data From Other Registers And Databases Creating The Basic Map. G) Presentation Of The Draft Descriptive And Cartographic Report. H) Preparation And Submission Of Files Modifying The Egib Database. I) Completing All Documentation Developed Under The Order And Transferring It To The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resource In Electronic Form, With A Qualified Electronic Signature And In Printed Form In Scope Of Documents Previously Agreed With The Ordering Party.J) Preparation Of Printouts Of Notices And Extracts And Excerpts About Data Changes Registration To The Land And Mortgage Register Department.
