Tenders are invited for Automated Patient Record System For Mobile Clinic. The Mobile Clinic is Planned to Provide the following Services: Screening and Treatment Services Lab Tests Medications Distribution Patients Referral to Other Health Service Providers Home Visits Antenatal Cate and Family Planning Health Awareness and Education MHPSS Business Requirements: User-friendly interface, to be used by staff with minimal training and while in the field. Can be used offline and information uploaded once internet connection is secured*. *Offline Functionality: features to work offline: should be able to extract patient file offline and enter data in the field that could be uploaded/ updated later. *Application installed locally Can be opened on one or more devices simultaneously. Data can be extracted for analysis for monitoring and research purposes. Hardware, software and support for multiple languages (English and Arabic). Mobile clinic team, Programmes team and IT team to be trained on data entry and report generation Technical Requirements: The system will be used on Windows OS computers and tablets (Multi-platform solution) The system can be customized to MAPs requirements. New features can be added or modified after testing and using the system in the field. Optimized for minimal CPU and memory usage to reduce hardware costs.
