Architectural And Related Services – L-Bank - Awarding Of Architectural Services Modern Working Environment For The General Renovation Of House 2 In Karlsruhe And The Conversion Of House 6 In Stuttgart. The L-Bank Is The Development Institute Of The State Of Baden-Württemberg. Its Business Activities Are Determined By The Provision Of Banking Services And Financial Assistance That Advance The Country In The Fulfillment Of Its Public Tasks, Particularly In The Areas Of Structural, Economic And Social Policy. L-Bank Is Planning The General Renovation Of The Building At Am Schlossplatz 10 In 76131 Karlsruhe (Hereinafter House 2) As Well As The Conversion Of House 2 And The Owner-Used Part Of The Building At Am Börsenplatz 1 In 70174 Stuttgart (Hereinafter House 6) As Part Of The Overall Modern Project Work Environment. As Part Of The Service Phase 1 Basic Determination And 2 Preliminary Planning, A Concept For A Modern Working Environment Must Be Developed And Finalized Together With The Other Participants. The Modern Working Environment Concept Must Be Taken Into Account And Implemented As Part Of Further Planning For Houses 2 And 6. From Lph 2 Onwards, The Plans Must Be Created In 3D. To Do This, The Buildings Must Be Recorded. In Particular, It Must Be Ensured That All Planning Takes Into Account The Special Security Aspects (Especially Information Security) In Banking Operations And The Resulting Planning Requirements. In The 2020 Climate Protection Agreement, L-Bank Committed To Significantly Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions By 2030. This Must Be Taken Into Account During Planning And Execution. The Renovation Of House 6 Will Take Place During Ongoing Operations. L-Bank Aims To Achieve The Following Project Goals: - Implementation Of The Overall Measure (Completion) By 2030 At The Latest - Implementation Of The Renovation Project In Compliance With The Planned Budget - Comprehensive Consideration Of Sustainability Aspects (Including Low Operating Costs, Longevity Of The Materials, Etc.) - Minimization Of Impairments To The Ongoing Office Operations By The Construction Site Operations - User-Specific Requirements: Implementation Of All User-Specific Requirements For The Project Based On The Clients Specifications According To Current Planning, L-Bank Assumes Provisional Billable Manufacturing Costs Totaling Around Eur 44.3 Million Net (Kg 300 And 400 According To Din 276 - 2018-12). Of This, Around Eur 39.7 Million Net Is Attributable To The General Renovation Of House 2 And Around Eur 4.6 Million Net To The Renovation Of House 6. Initially Only Lph 1-3 Will Be Commissioned. After The Completion And Outcome Of These Performance Phases, The Committees Decide Again Whether The Remaining Lph Will Be Carried Out. If There Is A Positive Result, A Decision Will Be Made As To How To Proceed. The Property Planning Services Are Scheduled To Begin Immediately After The Contract Is Awarded, Probably In April 2025.
