The Contractor Is Obliged To Design, Obtain All Necessary Consents, And Build The Site Equipment In Accordance With The Fup, Taking Into Account The Planned Purpose And Function Of The Project, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Generally Applicable Law (Including Local Law), Standards And Technical Knowledge And Construction Art. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Technical Conditions, Consents And Decisions, As Well As To Equip The Site With All Necessary Devices, Horizontal And Vertical Markings And Construction Facilities. The Project Will Include Demolition Works And Dismantling Of Existing Facilities, Hardening, Fencing And Infrastructure. Underground Colliding With The Planned Facilities And Installations. At The Implementation Stage, The Ordering Partys Acceptance Of The Concept Or Design Documentation Does Not Release The Contractor From Liability For Design Errors Or Inconsistency Of The Design With The Existing Condition. Before Carrying Out Works In The Field, Based On The Designs, The Contractor Should Obtain Appropriate Arrangements, Agreements And Decisions.
