The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation And, Based On It, The Performance Of Construction Works In The Design And Build System For The Investment Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network In Dziekanów. The Scope Of Design Work Also Includes Obtaining All Legally Required Arrangements And Opinions, Administrative Decisions, And Other Activities Necessary To Design And Perform Construction Works.5.1. The Scope Of The Task Includes: 1) Preparation Of A Construction Design And Obtaining For It The Following Regulations: Opinions, Consents, Arrangements And Permits Together With A Building Permit, 2) Surveying Services, 3) Performance Of Construction And Assembly Works Based On Newly Prepared Designs, 4) Carrying Out Required Tests And Examinations And Preparation Of Documents Related To Putting The Rebuilt Facilities Into Use, 5) Pre-Construction Inventory Of The Existing Area And Post-Construction Inventory, Including Photographic And Aerial Photographic Inventory Of The Entire Investment Area (Photos Taken With A Drone),6) Authors Supervision Of The Designer,7) Additionally Necessary Activities During The Construction Works Include The Arrangement Of The Construction Facilities, Gradual Restoration Of The Area To Its Original State, Reconstruction Of The Property Boundaries Of The Area, Insurance Of The Works .8) Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A New Water Supply System In Dziekanów Using Pe110 Water Pipes, The Length Of The Network Will Be Approx. 3400Mb.9) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or Notifying The Competent Authority About The Completion Of Construction Submitted At Least 14 Days Before The Intended Date Of Commencement Of Use, If Such An Obligation Results From The Provisions Of The Construction Law Or The Competent Authority Has Imposed Such An Obligation Together With: A) The Contractors Declaration That Within 14 Days From The Date Of Reporting The Completion Of Construction Works, The Competent Authority Did Not Raise Any Objections, B) Confirmation Of The Competent Authority That It Does Not Raise Any Objections In The Event That The Notice Of Completion Of Construction Works Will Be Submitted Before Expiry Of 14 Days;5.2. The Contractor Will Develop And Deliver, As Part Of This Order, Design Documentation Containing The Following Elements: 1) 5 Copies Of Construction Documentation Developed In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws .U Of 2022, Item 1179, As Amended), Prepared In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Applicable Standards, Containing, Among Others: A Set Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Checks Of Design Solutions With Relevant Institutions And The Zudp (If Required), Designers Information On Safety And Health Requirements,2) The Above Documentation Should Enable Obtaining A Building Permit In The Scop
