The Study Area Covers The Entire Stara Kiszewa Commune, Which Is 21,310 Ha.2. Carrying Out Work Related To The Implementation Of Planning Activities Specified In The Spatial Planning And Development Act Regarding The Preparation Of A General Plan For The Stara Kiszewa Commune Area In Accordance With The Resolution Of The Stara Kiszewa Commune Council V/42/2024 Of September 24, 2024 On The Commencement Of The Preparation Of A General Plan Stara Kiszewa Commune And According To The Procedures And Issues Specified In: 1) The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130), Hereinafter Referred To As The U.P.Z.P. Act.2) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documentation Of Works Planning In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Drawings From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023 Item 2758),3) Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of September 9, 2002 On Ecophysiographic Studies (Journal Of Laws Of 2002, No. 155, Item 1298),4) Act Of March 8, 1990 On Local Government Municipal (I.E. Journal Of Laws Laws Of 2024, Item 1465),5) Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112),6) Act Of October 7, 2015 On Revitalization (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 278), 7) In Accordance With Local Legal Acts, 8) Specific Acts And Regulations Regarding, Among Others: Environmental Protection, Nature, Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Public Roads, Regulations Arising From The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, Etc., 9) Based On The Necessary Local Visits, Urban Inventories And Landscape Studies As Well As All Analyzes Taking Into Account Voivodeship Plans, Government Tasks And National Programs And In Accordance With Legal Requirements In This Respect.10) With Taking Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Contract And Current Court Decisions Regarding Spatial Development.3.
