1. The Subject Of The Order Is Supply Of Cold Mineral-Asphalt Mixture For Road Surface Renovations.2. A Cold Mineral-Asphalt Mixture Made Of A Mixture Of Crushed Aggregate Surrounded By Liquefied Modified Road Asphalt Must: 1) Have Properties That Allow It To Be Used At Temperatures From -10Oc Or Lower To +30Oc Or Higher, 2) Be Made Of Crushed Aggregate (100%) With A Grain Size Of Up To 8 Mm,3) Be Packed In Disposable Plastic Bags, With A Storage Period Of Min. 5 Months From The Date Of Delivery,4) Have A Current Technical Approval Issued By An Accredited Certification Body Or Another Equivalent Document Confirming That The Offered Material Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.3. The Order Includes The Supply Of Cold Mineral-Asphalt Mixture For Year-Round Road Surface Repairs. Supplies In The Form Of Partial Services (Estimated Total Quantity Up To 350 Tons).4. The Ordering Party May Reduce The Quantity Of Ordered Material Below The Estimated Quantities. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Financial Or Legal Claim In This Respect. The Ordering Party Ensures The Purchase Of At Least 70% Of The Estimated Quantities.5. The Cost Of Transport And Unloading Of Materials Subject To The Order Will Be Borne By The Contractor. Materials Will Be Delivered In The Form Of Partial Services. The Volume Of A Single Delivery Of Cold Mineral-Asphalt Mixture Min. 20 Tons.
