The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Collection, Transport And Discharge Of Liquid Waste From Septic Tanks From Military Complexes Administered By The 18Th Military Economic Division In Wejherowo, Divided Into 4 Tasks: Task I - Infrastructure Service Section - Siemirowice, 2. Execution The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Collection And Disposal Of Liquid Waste From Septic Tanks Located Within Military Complexes On The Dates And Quantities Specified In The List Of Collection Of Liquid Waste From Septic Tanks, Constituting Annexes 1 - 4 To The Draft Agreement, B) Discharge Of Liquid Waste To Places Designated For This Purpose In Accordance With The Permits Obtained.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 11 To The Draft Contract. 4. Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires, When Executing The Order, The Contractor Or Subcontractor, Under An Employment Contract, To Employ Persons Performing The Following Activities: • Collection Of Liquid Waste From Septic Tanks Located In Areas Administered By The 18Th Military Economic Division, • Transport And Discharge Of Liquid Waste To Places Designated For This Purpose. Purposes Intended In Accordance With The Permits Obtained.
