Organizing A Trip For A Stay/Rehabilitation Package In The Period March 1, 2025 - July 31, 2025 For 72 Adults 60+ With Various Diseases - 14 Stay Days. The Project Creating Local Support Systems For Seniors Is Implemented As Part Of The Regional Funds Program European For Świętokrzyskie 2021 – 2027 Co-Financed By The European Fund Społecznego Plusrequirements For The Center: - Accommodation In One Facility In Rooms For 2 People. Or 3-Person Each Room Is To Be Equipped With Single Beds With Bedding (Bunk Beds Are Excluded), Wardrobes, Chairs And Tables, Tv, Kettle, Glasses And Plates, Table With Chairs, Cabinets And Bedside Lamps, And With A Separate Ironing Area On Each Floor - Meals Min. 3 Meals A Day + Coffee Service, - Each Room Should Have A Complete Bathroom (Washbasin, Shower, Toilet) And Must Be Adapted To The Needs Of Disabled People - Each Room Should Be Equipped With Satellite Tv, Telephone, Cordless Kettle. - The Center Should Have A Canteen, A Separate Recreational Area With Tables And Benches, Parking At The Facility. - The Tour/Package Should Start With Lunch On The First Day And End With Breakfast On The Last Day Tour/Package. Each Participant Will Receive An Additional Packed Lunch For The Return Journey. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Monitor The Course Of The Stay. - The Treatment Base Is To Be Located In The Accommodation Building Of The Stay Participants, And The Sports And Recreation Base Is To Be Located In The Center. The Organization Of Free Time Should Include Cultural, Educational, Sports And Recreational Activities (Including Music/Dance Evenings) And The Possibility Of Free Use Of The Swimming Pool (If Available), As Well As The Possibility Of Free Use Of Sports And Recreational Facilities. - The Center Is To Be Adapted To Needs Of Disabled People. - There Is No Commune Manager/Guardian For Accommodation, And It Is Not Required To Employ A Stay Manager. - The Ordering Party Allows The Division Of The Group (72 People) For Two (36 People Each) Requirements For The Center/Centers: Type: Centers Authorized To Organize Rehabilitation Stays. Location Of The Center/Centers: The Location Of The Center Is Required In The Province.
