1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Fuel For Vehicles Owned By The Żagań Commune, I.E. School Buses, Volunteer Fire Department Cars, Tractors And Agricultural Machines, As Well As The Collection Of Fuel For Canisters (For Lawn Mowers, Petrol Saws, Etc.)2. The Place Of Delivery Is/Are The Contractors Gas Station(S).3. The Station Must Be Open 24 Hours A Day, Seven Days A Week.4. Due To The Type And Purpose Of The Vehicles And Numerous Refueling Operations Requiring Full Readiness Of The Vehicles, The Distance Of The Vehicle Refueling Point From The Ordering Partys Seat Cannot Be Greater Than 5 Kilometers. 5. During The Contract Implementation Period, The Ordering Party Expects To Purchase The Maximum Amount Of Fuel: - Pb 95 Lead-Free Gasoline: Up To 10,000 Liters, - Diesel Fuel: Up To 20,000 Liters.6. During The Duration Of The Contract, The Forecast Quantities Of Fuel May Change, Provided That The Ordering Party Guarantees The Purchase Of 60% Of The Quantity Of Fuel Specified Above.7. Invoicing Will Cover Sales Periods: From The First To The Last Day Of The Calendar Month. 8. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions For Its Implementation Are Specified In The Draft Contract/Essential Contractual Provisions - Annex No. 3 To Swz.9. Fuel Will Be Collected By Persons Authorized By The Ordering Party. The List Of Entities Covered By The Agreement Together With The List Of Authorized Persons Constitutes Annex 1 To The Agreement And Will Be Provided When Signing The Agreement. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number And Type Of Vehicles And Persons During The Execution Of The Order
