Department 8 (Property Management At The University Of Hamburg) Intends To Purchase Software For The Project Management Of Construction Projects (Hereinafter Referred To As The Pm System). In A Growing Organization Like The University Of Hamburg (Uhh), The Requirements Change Significantly And Accordingly The Core Business Is Continuously Expanded In All Departments Of The Organization. In The Course Of Digital Transformation, New Tools And Technologies Are Needed And Used For All Organizational Areas. The Aim Of The Tender Is To Procure Standard Software For Processing Tasks And Processes In Project Control And Project Management As Well As Multi-Project Management For Construction Projects (Primarily Conversions And Renovations) And Construction Cost Control. Every Year, Department 85 Of The Uhh Implements Complex Conversion And New Construction Projects With A Total Cost Volume Of Up To Approx. Eur 25 Million As Client And Project Manager (Project Management, Project Control). Unit 85 Processes Up To Around 100 Projects At The Same Time.
