Vehicles For The Emergency Services – Supply Of Equipment To Upgrade The Natural Risk Monitoring, Prevention And Response Capabilities Of The Municipality Of Nea Propontida. (Member No. 29/2024). This Study Envisages The Free Trade Purchase Of The Following New Vehicles/Machinery/Equipment Which Are Classified Into Two Sections, As Below: 1.Section A - One Backhoe Loader (Cpv: 43262100-8) (Self-Propelled Excavators). 2. Section B - Two Vehicles For Emergency Services (Cpv: 34144200-0) (Pick-Up 4X4 Semi-Trucks). Each Pick-Up Vehicle Will Carry Firefighting Equipment, I.E. A Water Tank And Autonomous Firefighting System For Use During The Summer Months And Snow Removal Equipment, I.E. A Salt Spreader And A Snow Removal Blade For Use During The Winter Months. The Vehicles-Machinery-Equipment Under Procurement Are Intended To Meet The Needs Of The Independent Civil Protection Department Of The Municipality Of Propontis. The Expense Will Be Covered By Funding From: 1. The Public Investment Program Co-Financed By The Espa 2021-2027, Of The Region Of Central Macedonia, With An Amount Of €300,000.00. 2. The Total Supply Budget Amounts To €241,935.48 Plus 24% Vat. €58,064.52, I.E. A Total Of €300,000.00. Procurement Will Be Carried Out Through The Open Electronic Tender Process (Based On The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Based On Price Only) Using The Platform Of The National Electronic Public Procurement System (E.S.H.I.D.S.) Through The Online Portal Www.Promitheus.Gov.Gr Of The System By The Competent Commission For Conducting And Evaluating The Competition And In Accordance With Law. 4412/2016. A Detailed Description Of The Physical And Economic Object Of The Contract Is Given In Appendices I Of This Announcement. The Procurement Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Law 4412/2016 (Government Gazette 147/8-8-2016) And Law 3852/2010 (Government Gazette 87/7-6-2010). The Duration Of The Contract For The Excavator - Loader Is Set At 6 Months, From The Date Of Signing The Contract And For The Two New Pick-Up 4X4 Extended Cab Semi-Trucks (With Fire Fighting And Snow Removal Equipment) Is Set At 8 Months, From The Date Of Signing The Contract And After The Agreement Of Both Contracting Parties It May Be Extended, Under The Conditions Of Article 206 Of The Law. 4412/2016, In Order To Cover Current Needs Of The Municipality Without Modifying The Contractual Value. 1. Natural Or Legal Persons And, In The Case Of Associations Of Economic Operators, Their Members, Who Are Established In: A) A Member State Of The Union, B) A Member State Of The European Economic Area ( E.O.X.), C) Third Countries That Have Signed And Ratified The Gpa, To The Extent That The Awarded Public Contract Is Covered By Annexes 1, 2, 4, 5.
