The Object Of The Project Is The Utilization Of The Latest It Technologies And, In Order To Respond Quickly, Safely And Reliably To The Needs, The New Functionalities And Services Of The Directorate For The Management Of The National Archives Of Monuments And In General Of The Ministry Of Culture From The Archaeological Land Registry. The Implementation Of The Project Will Follow The Best Practices And Innovative Technologies, Always Aiming At The Integrated Quantitative And Qualitative Performance Of The Cultural Stock And Its Promotion On The Internet As Well As The Provision Of Electronic Services To All Interested Citizens, Investors And Public Bodies And Private Sector. As Part Of The Project, The Upgrade Of The Hardware Infrastructure And Software Applications Of The Integrated Information System (Hereinafter Ops) Of The Archaeological Land Registry Will Be Implemented. The New Functionalities To Be Developed Will Expand The Capacity Of The Archaeological Land Registry To Be Able To Meet The Additional Demands Of Capacity, Speed, Workload And User Traffic. The Upgrade Will Include: A. Adapting The Base To Cloud Native Architecture, B. Upgrading And Enriching The Ops Of The Information System Of The Archaeological Land Registry With New Functionalities, C. Upgrading And Enriching The Internet Portal Of The Information System Of The Archaeological Land Registry With New Functionalities D. Upgrading And Expanding The Architecture Of The Geospatial Software (Gis) And The Geospatial Base. At A Minimum, The Contractor Will Be Asked To Implement In The Context Of The Project: • Procurement Of All The Necessary Permits That Cover All The Required Needs Of The Existing Information Systems Of The Archaeological Land Registry. • Upgrade Of Existing Arcgis Licenses And Addition Of New Gis Software Licenses • Development Of Applications/Optimization Of Existing And New Functionalities • Upgrade Of The Ak Web Portal And Addition Of New Functionalities And Automatic Translation Tool. • Upgrade Procedures And Security Level, With Creation And Implementation Of A New Security Policy. • Implementation Of New And Integrated Interoperability Services • Training Services Individual Objectives Of The Project Are: • The Digital Transformation And Upgrading Of The Archaeological Land Registry With Modern And Innovative It Technologies Resulting In The Improvement Of Its Efficiency And Effectiveness, In Order To Provide A Modern Environment For The Digital Recording And Documentation Of All The Archaeological And Architectural Treasures Of The Immovable Monuments Of The Country. • The Support Of Ddeam To Design And Reform Its Processes According To Its Priorities, Taking Into Account The Initial Conditions And The Expected Increasing Demands In The Stage Of Maturity Of The Archaeological Cadastre, The Production
