The Project Uses An Overall Contract As A Form Of Contract, In Which The Developer Signs A Contract For The Overall Contract With One Contractor. The Contractor Must Appoint A Competent And Responsible Person For The Management And Supervision Of The Work Assigned To The Site. The Overall Contract Includes All Construction And Hvac Work According To The Plans Mentioned In The Document List, The Obligations Of The Contractor Responsible For Site Services And The Overall Contractors Obligations Including Site Management Duties And The Obligations Of The Main Contractor. The Customer Requires That The Bidder Has Familiarized Himself With The Construction Site Before Submitting The Bid.
