Scope The Following Articles Are Part Of The Tender: Installing Self-Service Machines For Dispensing Hot Drinks At The Locations Of The Alfa College Supplying The Ingredients For The Hot Drinks Machines During The Agreement Outside Scope: Coffee And Tea For Meeting And Consultation Rooms And Education-Specific Spaces (Issued Through The School Restaurant) Coffee Machines That Are Part Of The Catering And Coffee Machines That Are Used By Education. Locations Alfa College Has 11 Locations In Total. There Are Vending Machines For Dispensing Hot Drinks At 9 Locations. The Number Of Locations Where Hot Drinks Vending Machines Are Located May Be Subject To Change. Framework Agreement The Framework Agreement Is Entered Into For A Period Of 5 Years With An Option To Extend For A Maximum Of Two (2) Years. The Agreement Takes Effect On September 1, 2025. Alfa-College Opts For An Agreement Of 7 Years In Total. The Choice For This Is Based On The Lifespan Of The Machines. Order Value The Turnover Of Hot Drinks Amounts To An Average (Average 2021-2023) Of € 110,000 (Excl. Vat) On An Annual Basis. This Is An Indication Based On History From Which No Rights Can Be Derived. A Similar Decline In Consumption Is Expected In The Coming Years. The Contract Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Tender.
