Custom Software Development Services – Creation Of The Mžp Anti-Erosion Calculator (Pek Mžp) Including Follow-Up Operation And Development. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Creation And Deployment Of A New Application Called Information System Protierzní Kalkučka Mžp (Hereinafter Referred To As Pek Mžp). The Client Will Be The Owner Of The Pek Mžp Source Code, Will Have An Exclusive License To The Pek Mžp And Will Be Able To Further Edit The Pek Mžp Independently. The Purpose Of Pek Mžp Will Be In Particular: A) To Support The Agenda For The Protection Of The Agricultural Soil Fund Against Erosion And To Serve As A Means For Evaluating The Erosion Threat Of Agricultural Land And Determining Measures For Protection Against Erosion; B) To Ensure That Obliged Persons (Farmers) Fulfill Their Legal Obligations According To The Amended Legislation On The Protection Of Agricultural Land Fund, Specifically To Inform The Authorities Of The Protection Of Agricultural Land Fund (Oozpf) About The Planning Of Anti-Erosion Measures (The So-Called Plan Of Measures) By Farmers; C) Provide Relevant Data On Soil Properties, Topography And Soil Erosion Risk; Analyze The Information Provided And Evaluate (Automatically Calculate) The Degree Of Erosion Risk And The Permissibility Of Agricultural Practices With Regard To The Set Limit Of The Permissible Erosion Risk Of Agricultural Land; Identify And Evaluate Soils That Are Not Suitable For Changing Permanent Grassland To Arable Land. In Addition To The Actual Creation Of Pek Mžp, Part Of The Performance Of The Public Order Will Also Be The Provision Of Application Operational Support Of Pek Mžp With The Related Services Listed Below: • Regular Operation Services; • Service Desk, Hotline; • Corrective Support Services; • Consulting Services; • Development Services; (Collectively Also Support For The Operation Of Pek Mžp). The Public Contract Will Also Include (If Necessary Or On The Basis Of Legislative Changes) • Ensuring The Transfer Of Pek Mžp, I.E. Changing The Place Of Installation Of Pek Mžp, Including All Related Requirements; • Provision Of The Service Of Controlled Termination Of Operational Services (Exit Strategy).
