The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction, Craft And Installation Works And External Arrangements (Hereinafter Goi Works) Of The New Building Of The Velenje Technology Park - Techub To The Extent That It Appears From The Project Documentation, Which Is An Integral Part Of These Instructions. As Part Of The Public Contract, It Is Necessary To Carry Out Goi Work In Accordance With The Designer Adesco D.O.O. Project Documentation Prepared And Approved By The Client. The Client The Municipality Of Velenje Executes The Public Procurement In Its Own Name And On The Basis Of Article 33 And Paragraph 3 Of Article 66 Of The Zjn-3 On Behalf Of The Institute Of Chemistry, Hajdrihova Ulica 19, Ljubljana, 1000 Ljubljana. The Operation In Question Is Co-Financed From The Just Transition Fund. Funds Are Provided In The Budget Of The Republic Of Slovenia, On The Budget Items Of The Ministry No. 230131 Eu 21-27 Just Transition Fund (Spp)-Saša-Eu And No. 230132 Just Transition Fund (Spp)-Saša-Slovene Participation. The Funds Of The Institute Of Chemistry Are Expected To Be Provided Within The Framework Of The Direct Confirmation Of The Operation Of Co-Financing The Establishment Of The Research Infrastructure Laboratory For Research On Biomass Biorefining In Slovenia, In Accordance With The Call Of The Ministry Of Higher Education, Science And Innovation No. 303-13/2024-3360-8 Dated 30.8. 2024. The Deadline For The Completion Of All Contractual Obligations Is 520 Calendar Days From The Day The Contractor Is Put Into Work By The Client, Or Until 15 December 2026, Whichever Comes First, Assuming That The Suspension Condition Has Been Lifted. The Contractor Must Carry Out All Contractual Works Within The Deadline For The Execution Of The Works, And A Valid Use Permit Must Also Be Obtained During This Time. The Contractor Must Hand Over All The Necessary Documentation To The Client In A Timely Manner To Carry Out A Technical Inspection And Obtain A Use Permit, So That The Client Can Initiate The Procedure For Obtaining A Use Permit, Or That It Will Be Obtained Within The Specified Period. The Contracting Authority Executes The Public Procurement Subject To The Suspensive Condition. The Suspensive Condition Will Be Fulfilled And The Contract Will Come Into Effect When The Client, The Municipality Of Velenje, Will Successfully Apply And Obtain Funds For Co-Financing The Order From The Just Transition Fund And When The Client, The Chemical Institute, Will Have Secured Funds Within The Framework Of The Direct Confirmation Of The Co-Financing Operation, In Accordance With The Request Of The Ministry Of Higher Education, Science And Innovation.
