Supervision Of Project And Documentation - Providing Full-Discipline Authors Supervision Services During The Construction Of The Film Studio.. The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform For The Ordering Party Tasks Related To Performing The Function Of Full-Discipline Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The First Stage Of The Ecfc Building - The Studio Building, During The Performance Of Construction Works On The Basis Of The Design Documentation, In The Subject Scope Covering The Entire Design Documentation. Authors Supervision Will Be Exercised By The Contractor In The Following Scope: 1) During The Implementation Of The Investment, Authors Supervision Over The Compliance Of The Workmanship With The Design Documentation And Applicable Regulations, Including Art. 20 Section 1 Of The Construction Law In The Field Of Functional, Technical And Material Solutions, Selection Of Devices, Including Informing The Ordering Party And Other Participants Of The Construction Process About Detected Errors In The Implementation Of Construction Works In The Scope Of Deviations From The Design Documentation; 2) Clarifying Doubts Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor Of Construction Works Arising During The Implementation Through Additional Information And Studies, Including: Working Drawings, Detailing Construction Drawings, 3) Eliminating Conflicts Between Industries Or Supplementing Drawings, Details Or Description Of Construction Technology By Preparing Elements Of Design Documentation ( Drawings, Description, Technical Specifications, Bill Of Quantities) And Introducing Them For Use In The Form Of Numbered Authors Supervision Cards (Kna) - Upon Request The Ordering Party Or If The Elements Of The Design Documentation Were Presented Illegibly, Incompletely Or Were Not Included In The Documentation And Are The Subject Of The Contractors Inquiry, 4) Cooperation In Other Design Teams And Coordination Of Entries And Making Changes In The Documentation (Kna) Regarding The Designs Of Cladding And Acoustic Systems, Screen Main And Other Elements Indicated By The Ordering Party, 5) Verification And Review (Reconciliation) Of Workshop Drawings Prepared By The Contractor Construction Works And To The Extent Indicated In The Design Documentation, 6) Preparation Of Documentation (Kna, Drawings, Description, Technical Specifications, Bill Of Quantities) In The Scope Of Alternative Solutions Or Additional Works Requested By The Ordering Party In Relation To The Solutions Provided For In The Design Documentation; 7) Agreeing (Kna) The Contractors Documentation Regarding The Alternative Solutions Or Additional Works Requested By The Contractor In Relation To The Solutions Provided For In The Design Documentation; 8) At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Verification Of Material Approval Cards, Including Preparation Of A Written Opinion In This Regard, 9) Qualification Of Replacement Or Additional Works As Significant Or Irrelevant Due To The Provisions Of The Construction Law. In The Case Of Significant Changes, Preparing Documents And Carrying Out The Procedure For Changing The Decision On The Building Permit Based On The Ordering Partys Power Of Attorney. 10) If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process Are Indicated In The Design Documentation, At The Request Of The Ordering Party
