Analysis Services – Non-Destructive Control Of The Reactor Vessel Type Vver 1000, Unit 5 In 2025. To Carry Out Technical Maintenance Of The Manipulator And/Or Provide Operational Equipment For Non-Destructive Testing Of The Reactor Housing. To Check And Evaluate The Operability Of The Rv-Isi Tool 1000 Manipulator And The Additional Systems Ensuring The Performance Of Non-Destructive Testing (Ndc) Of The Reactor Vessel (Cr) Or Ensuring Operational Equipment. If Necessary For The Time Of The Control, The Manipulator Can Be Managed With Another Controller, Workstation And Software To Ensure The Movement Of All Axes Of The Manipulator, To Supply Coordinates To The Ultrasonic And Eddy Current Systems. To Carry Out Regulation And Adjustment Of All Electrical Motors On Axes A, B, C, D, Y And Z Of The Rv Isi Tool 1000 Manipulator. To Carry Out Technical Maintenance Of The Rv Isi Tool 1000 Manipulator In Order To Remove The Detected Defects Related To 2.1.1. From The Technical Assignment And Guarantee Of Trouble-Free Operation Of The Manipulator During The Bc Of The Kr. Provide Additional Equipment And Spare Parts To Ensure The Operability Of The Manipulator, If Necessary. Perform Maintenance On The Pneumatic Console. To Supply And Replace The Ultrasonic Cables Between The Sensor Packs And The Flaw Detector For All 40M Long Modules. To Ensure And Carry Out Eddy Current Control (Vtc) On The Welded Surface Of The Kr. To Provide Operators To Control The Manipulator During Non-Destructive Testing Of Kr. To Provide The Necessary Equipment Namely Eddy Current Flaw Detector, Sampling And Analysis Workstation, Vtc Probes And Wiring. After The Inspection, The Flaw Detector And The Workstation Remain The Property Of The Contractor. The Eddy Current Flaw Detector Should Have An Input For Coordinates From The Manipulator Controller. The Data From The Eddy Current Control Should Be Related To The Coordinates Of The Manipulator, Respectively The Location Of The Vtk Probes. The Vtk Probes Should Be Of The Drive-Pickup Type, The Body Is Located In A Stainless Steel Metal Housing With Dimensions W/D -30X30mm. The Length Of The Wiring Of The Vtk Probes Should Be 40M. The Vtk Probes Are Installed In A Package Together With The Probes For Ultrasonic Control. The Electrical Characteristics Of The Probes Should Be Calculated For Material 08Х19н10г2б, Operating Frequencies 2 ÷ 100 Khz, Main – 50 Khz. Probes To Provide A Scan Step Of 5Mm.
