Tender For Construction And Maintenance At Various Palace Of Divider In Munucipal Area - 1 Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out theexcavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitablesite as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below naturalground / Road top level.In all types soils/ saturated soil such as moorum, sand, sandy silt,clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc.Depth upto 1.5 m 2 Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantledmaterials up to a lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer.Bituminous courses 3 Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking ::2 km 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mmnominal size) 5 Providing and fixing precast cement concrete M-20 grade (Using mechanical Concrete Mixer) kerb stone top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high on 150 mm thick PCC M-10 grade foundation as per design, including fixing at site as per clause 408 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. 6 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work 7 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete: 8 Providing and fixing “L” type bollard 135cm height made out of 1.25mm thick M.S. sheet welded in conical section having upper dia 15cm and lower dia 20cm with another attachment of 150x150x7mm thick plate and hold fast at bottom, whole body is painted in white stove enamel and red reflective 3 band, each of 7.5cm and one reflective sheet of 15cm dia provided to it complete in all respectincluding all material, labour, diversion. 9 Single Molded twin Shank Cat"s eye made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens shall support a load of 16000 kg complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 100 mm 10 Supplying and stacking good earth at site of work.Loading, unloading and carriage to be paid extra as per actual lead. 11 Supply at site of work well decayed farm yard manure, from any available source, approved by the engineer in charge including screening and stacking. 12 Spreading of sludge farm yard manure or/ and good earth inrequired thickness (cost of sludge, farm- yard manure or/and goodearth to be paid for separately). 13 Finishing walls with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications :Two or more coats applied @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm. over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm. 14 Providing and laying lean cement concrete 1:4:8 in Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid manually, compacting with surface vibrator, finishing and curing complete as per clause 601, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. 15 Chequered terrazzo tiles 22 mm thick with graded marble chips of size up to 6 mm in floors jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) :Dark shade using ordinary cement
