Chowkhats of size 65 mm x 125 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms), fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N(Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with properties of termite / borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant, fixed in position complete all as spefied and as directed. 6 S & F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed. 21 M & L for Brick work with fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 using old size brick complete all as specified and directed. 22 M & L for Brick work with fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 as in half brick thick using old size brick complete all as specified and directed. 23 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed 24 M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4,mixed with integral water proofing compoundwith weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturers instructions and finished the surface even and fair
