The Service Company Of The Landshut Municipal Company For Medical Care Would Like To Ensure The Collection, Proper Preparation, Cleaning, Disinfection And Return Delivery Of The Clinics Own Cleaning Textiles In The Form Of A 4-Year Framework Agreement For All 3 Locations And The Respective Mvz Branches. The Collaboration With The Current Laundry Service Provider Was Terminated On March 30, 2025. For This Reason, April 1, 2025 Is Set As The Start Date For The New Contract Period. The Advertised Textile Processing Includes Contract Laundry, Mop Covers, Microfiber Cloths, Sponge Replacement Cloths And Feather Duster Covers, Which Are Purchased By The Clinics Themselves. The Estimated Annual Volume Of Textiles To Be Processed Is Approximately 8.5 Tons And Is Distributed Among The Hospitals And Medical Care Centers Listed In Point 4 (Hereinafter Mvz). The Materials Will Be Sorted By The Client In A Transparent Plastic Bag And Collected In Containers Or Mobile Liquid-Tight Containers Suitable For Collection By The Contractor. The Processed Laundry Is Usually Delivered 5 Times A Week From Monday To Friday. Laundry Inspections Carried Out By The Contractor Must Be Presented To The Client Annually. All Evidence And Certificates For Laundry Services Must Be Created In Accordance With All Hygiene-Relevant Specifications.
