Auction Sale Of Total Qty. = 18 Nos., Description - (Lot No.-Sse/Works/Pnd/2024/02 And 03) Scrap And Unserviceable Masonry Structure Of Abandoned Railway Quarters At Pnd -18/1-4 (Type-I), 46/1-2 (Type-Ii), Hrb - 5/1-4, 6/1-4 (Type-I) And Vkr - 8/1-4 (Type-I) With Ac Sheet Roof (Total = 18 Units, Plinth Area = 518.06 Sq.M). Remarks - (1) Dismantling Of The Above Quarters Will Be Done By The Purchaser At His Own Cost And Risk And Without Causing Any Loss To Any Railway Property. Purchaser Will Demolish And Clear Up To Ground Level Only. While Dismantling Explosive Should Not Be Used. All The Debris, Unserviceable Materials To Be Cleared From Site To Outside Railway Land By The Purchaser. (2) The Purchaser Is To Return The Pvc Door, Water Supply Pipe, Electrical Fittings Including Connecting Pipe Are Not Offered For Auction. (3) Any Loss Due To Theft, Accident Etc Shall Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Purchaser And No Claim On This Account Will Be Entertained By The Railway.
