Software Maintenance And Repair Services – Purchase Of Licenses In The Subscription Model And Technical Support Services (Uwt) For Lan Network Switches And Wifi Networks. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Of Agriculture In Warsaw (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordering Party) By The Contractor: 1.1. The Right To Use The Software Referred To In §2 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter: Ppu) Together With The Documentation On A Subscription Basis, For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Indicated In The Acceptance Protocol Referred To In § 2 Section 6 Ppu, Including A License Document Issued By The Software Manufacturer Confirming The Ordering Partys Right To Use The Software And Indicating The Deadline For Using The Software And Documentation, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Agreement And The General License Conditions Of The Software Manufacturer; 1.2. Providing The Ordering Party With Technical Support Services For It Equipment And Software For A Period Of 12 Months In Accordance With The General Terms And Conditions Of The It Equipment And Software Manufacturer From The Date Of Signing The Agreement Until The Total Gross Remuneration Amount Referred To In § 5 Section Is Exhausted. 1 Pp. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Terms Of Reference (Hereinafter: Swz). 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Performed On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Contract Agreement Together With The Annexes Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 4. The Detailed Method Of Providing Uwt Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Ppu.
