System Maintenance And Upgradeability Should Be Planned Taking Into Account The Above-Mentioned Limitations. The System Must Be Based On Open Source Components. The User Interface Visible To The End User Should Be Implemented In An Internet Browser, And The End User Can Choose Either A Finnish, Swedish Or English User Interface. The User Interface Of The E-Mail Can Also Be Its Own Separate Application, But In The Selection The Emphasis Is On A Browser-Based Implementation. The E-Mail Is Logged In Using The Sso Method And It Must Support Different E-Mail Groups, Which Are Formed E.G. From Ad Or Otherwise. In Addition, E-Mail Traffic From Other Systems Will Be Integrated Into E-Mail. There Are 5-10 Systems To Be Integrated. The Supplier Undertakes To Monitor The Vulnerabilities Of The Components Used In The System And To Notify And Repair Them Without Delay. In Addition, The Supplier Is Expected To Be Able To Plan And Implement Integrations Into Different Systems Through Standard Interfaces. The System Is Subject To An Information Security Audit. An Approved Delivery Requires Passing An Information Security Check In The Desired Target Environment. Information Security Requirements May Vary, Depending On The Target Environment In Which The E-Mail System Will Be Installed. The Supplier Is Required To Have Experience In Delivering Secure Information Systems And Working With Security Authorities. A Security Agreement Or Commitment Is Made With The Supplier And The Companys Personnel Are Given Security Clearances And A Personal Security Clearance (Psc) Is Applied For. As An Option, The Email Labeling And Binding Feature According To The Federated Mission Networking (Fmn) Program Can Be Offered. The Implementation Can Be A Separate Part Of The Email Or An Integral Part Of It. Alternatively, You Can Offer A Solution Where The Necessary Interfaces Can Be Found, Even If There Is No Actual Functionality. The System Will Be Built In The Defense Forces Already Existing Environments, Which Provides The Necessary Infrastructure (Servers And Data Transfer Platform) To Run The E-Mail Service. The Work Basically Takes Place In The Premises Of The Defense Forces.
