The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Expansion And Reconstruction With A Change Of Use Of Some Rooms Of The Primary School In Wilkołaz Into A Childrens Club, As Part Of The Active Toddler 2022-2029 Task.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Task Entitled: Creation Of 15 New Care Places Under The Active Maluch 2022-2029 Program - Edition 1 At The Childrens Club, Wilkołaz Pół 7, 23-212 Wilkołaz Pół, Co-Financed By Funds From The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan And The State Budget Under The Institutional Development Program Care For Children Up To 3 Years Of Age Active Toddler 2022-2029 – Edition 1.3. The Subject Of The Order Are Adaptation And Modernization Works Inside The Building Of The Primary School In Wilkołaz, Intended To Ensure Appropriate Conditions For Child Care. In Addition, A Stroller Room Made Of A Light Steel Structure Will Be Built Outside The Building, And The Entrance To The Childrens Club Will Be Rebuilt To Enable Access For Disabled People. For This Purpose, A Ramp For Disabled People Will Be Constructed And The Sidewalk Layout Will Be Partially Changed. The Planned Number Of Rooms Intended For Creating Childcare Places Is 14 Rooms Inside The Building And 1 Room Outside The Building. As Part Of The Task, The Following Scope Of Work Will Be Performed: 1) Foundations - The Foundation For The Construction Of A Ramp For People With Disabilities And The External Foundation Walls Of The Stairs And Wheelchair Room Will Be Built, 2) Wheelchair Room - Construction Of A Structure Made Of Light Cold-Bent Profiles, Adjusting The Height To The Protruding Parts Trolleys,3) Construction Of Ramps And Balustrades From Stainless Steel Metal Profiles,4) Construction Of A Depression At The External Platform With Water Drainage, For The Doormat Located Under The External Door Dimensions 60X160 Cm, 5) Spacer Of The Existing Sidewalk And Adjustment Of Manhole Covers To The Level Of The Last Step Of External Stairs, 6) Construction Of Sanitary Sewage Drains (Toilet Seats, Washbasins, Central Heating Pipes, Etc.), 7) Construction Of Partition Walls Separating Individual Rooms, 8) Demolition Unnecessary Walls And Construction Of New Ones,9) Laying Tiles On The Walls In Sanitary Rooms And Distributing Meals To A Height Of Min. 2.0 M,10) Plastering And Plastering On The Ceilings And Walls And Painting Them,11) Finishing The Floors With Terracotta,12) Laying The Carpet,13) Replacing Two Windows,14) Internal And External Carpentry - Installation Of External Doors 90+30 Cm,15) Widening The Fire Road.4.
