The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Gray Dolomite Stone Aggregate With A Fraction Of 0-31.5 Mm In An Amount Of 1,500 Tons For Ongoing Renovations Of Municipal Roads In The Maciejowice Commune. The Aggregate Should Have A Declaration Of Conformity With The Pn-En 13242 Standard Or Pn-En 13043:2004 Or Equivalent. The Aggregate Should Meet Applicable Standards And Have An Appropriate Certificate (Declaration Of Compliance From The Aggregate Mine), Which Should Be Provided At The Request Of The Ordering Party. The Aggregate Must Not Contain Elements Harmful To The Environment (E.G. Asbestos, Ashes, Etc.) Or Dangerous To Road Users (Metal, Wire, Etc.).3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver With Each Load - Wz (Original Or A Copy Signed For Compliance With The Original From The Mine; The Form Must Include The Tonnage, Date And Registration Number Of The Vehicle And The Recipient; In The Case Of The Original Wz From The Mine, It Will Be Returned After Completion Of The Delivery ) And Obtain A Signature With The Delivery Date. Lack Of The Above-Mentioned Wz Document Results In Non-Payment For The Delivery. 4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Examine The Delivered Aggregate For Compliance With The Provided Declaration Of Conformity And Applicable Aggregate Standards At The Contractors Expense. If Poor Quality Aggregate Is Found, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace The Aggregate With New, Defect-Free Aggregate At His Own Expense.5. The Ordering Party Provides For The Right Of Option In The Proceedings In Question: A. The Option Right Covers 500 Tons Of Dolomite Stone Aggregate. B. The Option Right Means That The Ordering Party Will Definitely Purchase 1,500 Tons Of Dolomite Stone Aggregate And The Remaining Amount Of 500 Tons Of Dolomite Aggregate, Depending On The Amount Of Financial Resources And The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Exercise The Option Right - Within The Term Of The Contract.C. The Exercise Of The Option Right To A Specified Extent Will Be Based On A Declaration Of Will Signed By The Ordering Party And The Contractor. D.
