Firefighting Vehicles – Purchase Of A Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle For The Volunteer Fire Department Of Wielenin. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery By The Contractor Of A Brand New Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle To The Ordering Party. 2. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Arising From Applicable Regulations, Standards, As Well As The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order 3. The Delivered Car Must Be Brand New, Year Of Production Not Earlier Than 2024 Or 2025, Free From Defects Physical And Legal As Well As Third Party Claims. 4. The Subject Of The Order Should Meet The Following Requirements: A. Meet All The Features Specified In The Terms Of Reference. B. Be New And Compliant With Applicable Standards. C. Have A Complete Set Of Technical And Operational Documentation. 7. Annex No. 1 To The Swz Contains The Minimum Technical And Operational Parameters For A Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle That Must Be Met When Implementing The Subject Of The Order By The Contractor. Determining The Technical And Functional Parameters At The Indicated Level Was Dictated By The Needs Of The Ordering Party Resulting From The Need To Conduct Rescue And Fire-Fighting Activities And Ensure The Safety Of The Participants Of The Action. 8. The Car And Its Equipment (Subject To Approval) Must Have An Approval Certificate (No Later Than On The Day Of Technical And Quality Acceptance, The Contractor Will Provide A Certified Copy Of The Approval Certificate For The Subject Of The Order) Issued In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 20, 2007 On The List Of Products Intended To Ensure Public Safety Or The Protection Of Health, Life And Property, As Well As The Rules For Issuing Approvals For These Products Products For Use (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 143, Item 1002, As Amended, Hereinafter Referred To As The Regulation On Authorization For Use). 9. The Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Including The Requirements For Emergency Vehicles, In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251) Together With Implementing Regulations To The Act, Including The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended). 10. After Receiving The Subject Of The Order Along With The Equipment And All Required Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With The Ordering Party During The Registration Process (In Accordance With Article 73(1) Of The Road Traffic Act). In Particular, The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete All Documents Required By State Institutions. 11. Required Quality Guarantee Conditions For The Subject Of The Order: A. The Contractor Will Provide A Free Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For The Period Offered By The Contractor In The Offer (I.E. Required By The Ordering Party And Any Extension Of Requirements Offered By The Contractor).
