Tenders are invited for Provision of Research Services. Scope of Work TelOne will require the following surveys to be conducted by the research agencies during the 3-year duration the contract: 1. Customer Satisfaction Survey: to be conducted TWELVE times as follows; i. 2025: Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4; ii. 2026: Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4; iii. 2027: Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4. Key metrics to be measured: i. Customer Satisfaction Index ii. Net Promoter Score iii. Customer Effort Score iv. Web/Online Self-Care Uptake (digital platforms uptake usage) 2.
