Central-Heating Installation Work – Ve 76 - Heating System, Town Hall Complete Renovation, 14469 Potsdam. The Town Hall In Potsdam Is Being Extensively Renovated By Kis Potsdam. The Heating Load Of The Building Is Approximately 1,200 Kw. The Following Work Is Planned: - Renewal Of Heating Distribution In The Floor Area On The Ground Floor On The Floor Slab Consisting Of Welded Steel Pipe (Approx. 400 M) - Laying Of A Local Heating Pipe Made Of Kmr Dn 80 Approx. 90 M Including Earthworks - The Existing Cast Iron Radiators (Number Of Radiators Approx. 752 Pieces) Are Located In Radiator Niches. These Should Be Revised. In This Context, The Existing Radiators Must Be Dismantled And Reassembled. The Defective Radiators Are Disposed Of And Replaced With Tube Radiators. - In One Part Of The Building, The Distribution System Should Also Be Used For Cooling Purposes. Here The Radiators Are Replaced By Fan Coil Units, The Pipe System Is Laid In Stainless Steel Heating Or, In The Underground Area, In Plastic Composite Jacket Pipe. - The Ceiling Ducts And The Risers In The Hallways Should Be Revised. For This Purpose, Around 1,200 M Of Copper Pipe Will Be Replaced. - The 27 Pumps And Mixers And Some Small Parts In The Heating Centers Will Be Replaced. The Distributors And Connections Remain In Place. - In Connection With The Construction Of A Fan Control Center, A Substation Is Completely Constructed. - A Chiller Should Be Installed In The Attic (Monoblock System) For The Conference Room.
