The Purpose Of The Purchase Is: (1) Supply Of A Quantity Per Framework Agreement Of Minimum 25,000 Cubic Meters - Maximum 50,000 Cubic Meters Of Helium Gas With A Purity Of Min. 99.995% For Use In Several Systems With A Nuclear Security Function Of Cernavoda Npp (Eg: Moderator Covering Gas System; Primary Agent Storage, Transfer And Recovery System; Liquid Injection Shutdown System; Liquid Zonal Control System), As Well As When Performing Some Chemical Analyses. The Product Will Be Delivered In The Bottles Owned By Cne Cernavoda. (2) Accessory Services In Connection With The Cylinders From Para. (1), As Follows: - Iscir Cylinders Verification / Authorization Services (Minimum 100 - Maximum 2,500 Verifications); - Bottle Painting Services (Minimum 100 - Maximum 2,500 Bottle Painting); - Cylinder Valve Replacement/Exchange Services (Minimum 100 - Maximum 2,500 Valve Replacements). The Supply Of Products / The Provision Of Accessory Services Will Be In Accordance With The Requirements And Technical And Performance Characteristics Requested In The Specifications Ca #Cr 41406, Rev. 01 Of The Purchase.
