The Building Is Founded On An Elastic Reinforced Concrete Floor Slab. An Access Core Using Stb Solid Construction Is Also Planned For The Upper Floors. Stairs Are Made Of Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Parts. On The Upper Floors, The Building Is Planned As A Wooden Structure With Cross-Laminated Timber Construction In Visual Quality. Load-Bearing External Walls And Internal Walls Are Made Of Cross-Laminated Timber. Ceilings Made Of Cross-Laminated Wood In F 30. Partitions Without A Load-Bearing Function Are Designed As Plasterboard Stud Walls With Different Wall Thicknesses And Planking. The Facade Formwork Is Designed As A Ventilated Wooden Tongue And Groove Formwork Made Of Silver Fir, Which Is Oriented Both Vertically And Horizontally.
